Returns
Artwork purchased at Barela Art & A Little Green online may be returned for any reason within 3 days of receipt for a full refund. Please call us within this time frame for a Return Authorization number, and then ship it back in its original condition, postage prepaid. All returns must have the Return Authorization number printed clearly on the outside of the package, or they will not be accepted. Returns will be inspected immediately on receipt, and a credit will be run. Shipping Charges are not refundable.
Special orders are exempt from our return policy and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping
Our products are shipped using the following carriers: USPS FedEx UPS . To return your product, you should mail your product to:PO BOX 2770, Kamuela Hawaii United States 96743.Shipping times may vary, 1-3 days for instock items & 4-8 weeks for larger custom pieces. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
